We only accept payment through Paypal which is safe and secure.
Any item purchased in our shop before 2.00pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Any items purchased during the weekend or Bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. All of our items are sent with a tracking number to acknowledge safe delivery of the item. This helps prevent any items going missing and helps protect both the buyer and the seller. All our items have a free postage option and in most instances this will be Royal Mail 24/48 unless the item is of high value or a large order in which case it will be sent by courier. All our items will have a paid for option to have it sent by courier. The tracking number for your items will be uploaded the same day it is dispatched. Ebay policy for new item states "A brand new, unused, unopened and undamaged item ". If we have purchased the model direct from the supplier/wholesaler it will be listed as new, otherwise we list all our items as used.

Please note that at Diecastmodelsdirect we offer a no quibble 30 day free returns policy. If you wish to return the item for any reason within 30 days of the purchase there is no postage to pay as Diecastmodelsdirect will gladly refund you the postage cost. Simply contact us in the first instance via Ebay messaging service and we will advise you of the returns process. This can also be done by initiating a return by following the returns option of the item purchased within your Ebay account. Please note to be eligible for the refund you will need to return the item using Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Once we have received the item in the same condition as we sent it the refund will be processed. Please note that this can take up to 5 business days from receipt of the return.
