Our 6 LED chaser circuit scrolls back and forth with a fading light trail.
This circuit is the same pattern as the car KITT in Knight Rider, and the Cylon Raiders in Battlestar Galactica.
Dimensions:
The 6 Nano size LEDs are wired 8 inches from the circuit board
The LEDs are 1.6mm by 0.8mm
The circuit board is about 21mm long, 10mm wide and about 8mm thick
The power leads are also 8 inches long
Powering your circuit:
The circuit can be run on a 9 volt battery,

r on a regulated 4-12 volt DC adapter.
