Lovely antique hand painted enameled Chinese Rose Medallion porcelain oval footed bowl / platter

Bright colorful gloss glazed scalloped rim platter is 14 1/2 inches long, 11 3/8 inches wide, 2 3/4 inches high
.
There are multiple shallow chips / glaze scrapes around the rim (see closeup pictures), otherwise the platter is in good condition, not worn, not cracked, no other chips, not stained, not crazed.
Marked "made in China" on the backs.
